How does the card connect to my business?
Share your business name and address during Stripe checkout. We use those details to find the correct Google Business Profile and prepare your cards. If your listing needs clarification, we’ll contact you using your checkout email before fulfillment.
Is there a monthly payment?
No. Your card bundle is a one-time purchase. There is no card subscription, app fee, or battery to replace. One card is $39.95, two cards are $59.95, and orders of three or more are $24.95 per card. US shipping is free on every order.
Will it work with my customers’ phones?
It works with compatible NFC-enabled iPhones and Android phones. The phone needs an internet connection, and NFC may need to be enabled on Android. Some older phones do not support NFC. Customers open the notification after tapping, then sign in to Google if needed.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes. You need an existing Google Business Profile with an available review page. If you’re unsure which listing is yours, email us before ordering and we’ll help you check it.
Where should I place the card?
Use a visible spot near checkout, reception, or a customer handoff. Keep it away from metal surfaces, which can interfere with NFC. Before using the adhesive, make sure the surface is clean, dry, suitable, and somewhere you want the card to stay.
When will my cards arrive?
We ship within the United States. We’ll confirm preparation and dispatch timing after your business details are checked. Allow approximately 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch; delivery timing can vary. US shipping is free on every order, whether you choose one card, two cards, or three or more.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Email support@halo-hosting.com with your order details. We’ll help with setup and arrange a replacement for a card that arrives damaged or defective. Unused cards can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our card order terms.
Can I order for multiple business locations?
Each online order is prepared for one business location. To keep setup details clear, place a separate order for each location. For larger or multi-location orders, contact Halo before purchasing.
